Introduction/Mission
TMAtrix is a multidisciplinary data and image repository built to support molecular profiling initiatives, particularly those utilizing the tissue microarray platform. Pathology, clinical, and gene expression data, as well as administrative tools, are included in the data model.
People/Facilities
The system was built with support of the Department of Pathology and the Ken and Wendy Ruby Gift through the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (JCCC), both of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.
