Description

The Array Data Analysis Group (ADAG) specializes in the analysis of DNA microarray, tissue array, and proteomics data and is comprised of faculty and students in the departments of Human Genetics, Biostatistics, and the Bioinformatics Program.  ADAG has 3 missions: education, data analysis and research.

Data Analysis Service

For practitioners who do not want to install the necessary analysis software or who do not have the time to analyze their own data, ADAG offers a data analysis service. A statistician who routinely analyzes microarray data will provide a quality data analysis at a low cost (non-profit operation).  We will not only provide initial statistical consulting but also write up a data analysis report that can be directly integrated into an ensuing publication.  To make this data analysis service available to as many users as possible and for as long as it is needed, we will charge a fee to recover our costs.
